Female Id & Non-Binary STEM Faculty Circle (In-Person)

FreeThis workshop series will examine the ways that STEM curriculum and pedagogy across fields can integrate diversity issues and prioritize transformative outcomes. The goal of this series is to increase understanding and skills specifically for the betterment of communication inside and outside the classroom in support of STEM learners’ diversity.
This session will offer a brave space for female-identifying / non-binary Faculty to explore both communication and ways to address their needs for sustainable wellness and collective healing related to their work as STEM faculty doing teaching, research and service.
Facilitators: Tatyana Fertelmeyster, M.A., LCPC, is Founder and Principal of Connecting Differences, LLC and Malii Watts Witten, M.A., who has 19 years’ experience in the diversity and equity field.
