Assessment Planning for Graduate Programs (Online session)

This hour-long workshop will focus on assessment of student learning in graduate programs. What characterizes program learning outcomes-PLOs, indirect and direct forms of assessments, formative and summative assessments, and other assessment activities in relation to graduate training will be discussed. Checklist on updating E1A, E1B forms and assessment plan charts will also be discussed.

How to Write and Update an Assessment Plan

This 1.5 hours-long workshop will provide a walkthrough of the assessment plan template, along with providing examples for each section. Checklist on updating program learning outcomes-PLOs, lists of indirect and direct assessments, assessment plan charts, and assessment communications will be discussed.
